Elemure of Emure, His Royal Majesty Oba (King) Alayeluwa Emmanuel Taiwo Ogunleye II Amugbayanwo (Ajirotutu VI) ruled in Emure-Ekiti from 1965 to 1974. He was the ninth (9th) Elemure of Emure. Emure is also known as Emure-Ekiti and is located in Ekiti State, in the Western part of Nigeria. It is the headquarters of Emure Local Government.

 Oba Ogunleye II Amugbayanwo was an historic figure who contributed to the development of Emure during his lifetime. He was a rare combination of personal skills and public mission. He divided his life between humanitarianism and education, between personal achievements and public service. Oba Ogunleye II was a seasoned educationist, scholar and  leader.

He was married to
Olori (Queen) Abigail Christiana Ogunleye, a native of Emure-Ekiti.
